Creating a fitness program is an excellent method to initiate your fitness journey or rejuvenate your existing regimen.

What you get:

  • Consultation. We’ll go over your current fitness routine and define what you want to achieve

  • Select Exercises. I’ll choose exercises that target your goals and fit your fitness level.

  • Incorporate Progression. To enhance the difficulty of your workouts, I’ll add in progressions. This looks like adding more weight, increasing repetitions, and other variations. While most programs last between six to eight weeks, they can be extended as per your preference.
