Hi! I’m Clair. Welcome to Resolute Training & Nutrition. With nearly a decade of experience in health and wellness, I’ve discovered that true health isn’t about eating lettuce and doing endless cardio. I used to be trapped in the binge and restrict cycle, believing that being “skinny” was my ultimate goal. After years of trial and error, I realized that training for “strong, not skinny” was the way to go. This meant learning how to train and eat for strength.
My background gives me a unique perspective on addressing the needs of each client. I’m passionate about teaching the fundamentals of strength training and nutrition, as well as the importance of mindset. A positive, growth-oriented mindset is crucial for achieving fitness goals, as it influences motivation, resilience, and an overall health approach. Cultivating this mindset helps you stay focused and committed, even when facing challenges.
