Remote personal training offers a great solution for those seeking flexibility and convenience in their workout regimen. It involves engaging with a trainer via a digital platform, eliminating the need for in-person sessions.
How it works:
Initial Consultation. This will take place in person, or a phone or video call. We discuss your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any specific needs or limitations you may have.
Workout Plans. Following your consultation, I will create a personalized workout plan for you to perform independently. Additionally, I provide a "guidance session" where I will walk you through, either in person or via video, the correct way to execute the movements. You can schedule as many or as few sessions as you prefer. The purpose is to ensure you're comfortable with the workouts and feel confident doing them independently. Please note, there is a personal training fee of $25 for each session.
Weekly Check In. This is a great way to stay on track with your fitness goals and maintain accountability. These check ins usually involve:
PROGRESS REVIEW: We asses your progress over the past week, including improvements in strength, endurance or other fitness/mindset metrics.
GOAL SETTING: Set new short-term goals the upcoming week based on your progress and any challenges you faced.
FEEDBACK and ADJUSTMENTS: Discuss what worked well and what didn’t and make necessary adjustments to your workout plan or nutrition strategy.
MOTIVATION and SUPPORT: Receive encouragement and support from your trainer to stay motivated and focused on your goals.
