It can be daunting to embark on a new health journey, and one of the biggest factors in that journey will be your nutrition. The primary role of nutrition coaching is to offer education, advice, and accountability as you work toward improving your health.
What you get:
We build a custom approach to nutrition. You’ve probably been on the receiving end of diet or nutrition advice from friends and family. Or maybe you’ve been tempted by a fad diet that pops up on your social media feed. While advice can be helpful, diet and nutrition are incredibly personal for each individual, and for some, a sensitive topic.
THIS INCLUDES:
1 hour nutrition consult, where we go over the fundamentals of nutrition and set your goals.
Educate you how to track your food intake so we can determine a calorie range that makes you feel your best. This will include macro tracking with the use of a food scale (included with your membership) and direction on how to use macro tracking apps.
Online documents for tracking your data week to week where we monitor things like calories, macros, steps, water intake, sleep etc.
Accountability. We will have a scheduled check in call every week to go over your data and to discuss your wins for the week or any areas you may be struggling in.
I like to make myself available during “business hours” for my clients. Have a question about something and need an answer quick or maybe just a little pep talk? My line is always open! Calls and texts are welcome!
